Early Bird Gets the Worm

Directions

Supplies

Orange or yellow heavy craft foam

Green, white and black craft foam (lighter weight)

Multi-purpose glue

Red, silver and green glitter glue

Plastic worm

FeathersCoiled stretch shoestring

Pencil

Scissors

An old children's visor (for a pattern or a 10" dinner plate can also be used)

2 oval shapes about 2" in size

2 black round circles about 1" round

2 black ovals 1" in size

2 green dots

2 white fangs about 2 1/2" long

Glue the eyes and nose in place

Cut 2 slots for the fangs and insert

Put worm under the fangs and glue down fangs (you may need to hold down the fangs until dry)

Using glitter, decorate the eyes and fangs -- let dry

Glue feathers to back of head

Using pencil, poke two small holes in the end of the visor and insert shoestring

Worms on toast for breakfast, mmmmm!
