Supplies

Green heavy -weight craft foam

Purple, orange and red craft foam (lighter weight)

Green and red glitter glue"Google" eyes

Plastic spider or bugScissors

Multi-purpose glue

Pencil

Coiled shoe string

Old children's visor (for pattern) or 10" plate

Glitter glue red and green

Directions

Using the old visor for a pattern, trace on the green foam (do not cut yet)

Add the top of the head by using a 6" plate placed 1" from the bottom of the circle

Trace just the top part of the plate

Cut out

Cut out:

2 purple ovals 3" long

2 orange triangles

1 red oval 2" long

1 purple strip 4" x 1 1/2"

Glue:

Spider on to the purple strip -- set aside to dry

Orange triangles onto the purple ovals -- add the eyes

Eyes to the face

Nose to the face

Tongue to the back of the visor

Using glitter glue, add detail to eyes, don't forget the snotty nose

Using pencil, poke two small holes in the ends of the visor and insert shoestring

Just a snack before dinner!
