Small pumpkins -- fake or real

Bag of insects (toy store)

Eyeballs (toy store or gum at the candy store)

A multi-purpose adhesive (one that can glue plastic)

Toothpicks

Use toothpicks to apply glue to pumpkins and insects or eye balls

Glue to the top of pumpkin

Let dry

Can be used as individual place card holders

Or in a bowl as a centerpiece
